Engraving adds a couple of extra days to the transit time, depending on the work load. To ensure accuracy, we email a proof for final approval before production begins.

Personalizing the urn is a good idea for identifying the remains as well as planning for the future. Sometimes families are uncomfortable with the idea, perhaps they plan to keep the urn in the home and the nice thing about cloisonne is that it’s decorative enough without calling attention to the fact that it contains someone’s ashes.
