Rose Cremation Urns: Pretty in Pink

In an earlier post this month, “Rose Cremation Urns for June”, I promised you a second post showcasing our rose cremation urns–and here it is!

One of our customers emailed us about this urn to say, “My mom passed away last week & this urn IS my mom!! She LOVED pink & roses!! So much so, she had a pepto bismol PINK colored car, that she had no problem dropping us off at school as teenagers, lol!”

This collection of rose urns are charmingly elegant. The first, our Sweetheart Rose Cremation Urn is porcelain and made in the USA . Next, the Tea Rose Cremation Urn is of ceramic; and the third, our Dusty Pink Rose Cremation Urn is a gorgeous cloisonné urn.

The Carolina Rose Cremation Urn, crafted in the United States from fine porcelain and measures almost 11” tall. It features heirloom Rosa Carolina flowers in soft shades of pink, highlighted on an ivory white background with gold trim and a bronze base. It’s size makes it suitable for the ashes of an adult.

Ruby Rose Cremation Urn

As I said, this next rose urn, our Ruby Rose Cremation Urn is one of my personal favorites. This metal is a beautiful shade of deep burgundy with a shimmering mother of pearl inlay of roses.

Each petal represents the ultimate symbol of love. If keeping in the home, this cremation urn would blend into a French Country or country cottage decor.

Dusty Pink Rose Urn for Ashes

Irish Rose Cremation Urn

If your loved one was lucky enough to be born in June, having the rose as a birth flower is the perfect token to use on his or her cremation urn. However, before choosing the specific color or flower, make sure you understand its symbolism.

Take the Irish Rose. Did you know that “My Wild Irish Rose” is more than just a classic movie from the 1940s, and a beautiful ballad released a few decades earlier? An Irish rose, such as the cremationurn shown here embossed with copper roses on an iridescent green background, symbolizes that something so beautiful can grow during harsh or inclement times. Roses for June Birthdays and Cremation Urns

It’s so good to see the vibrant colors of summer as the roses bloom and their sweet fragrance fills the air. Since June’s birth flower is the rose, you could use this flower as inspiration for creating a memorial service that honors a June birthday, or simply to symbolize and express the love the family felt for the deceased. You could plant a rose bush as a living memorial, scatter rose petals along with the ashes, incorporate an arrangement or wreath of roses in the loved one’s favorite color, or choose one of the many cremation urns that feature the image of a rose.
