I see there are two pictures of the cardinal urns. Are they two different ones to choose from ? Or the same one taken at different angles ? If it's two different ones to choose from how do I specify which one I'm wanting to order?

I wanted four by December 2022, is this possible?

This little cardinal urn is a small jeweled keepsake designed to hold a tiny bit of ashes,a small piece of jewelry, lock of hair, or other tiny memento. Hand-painted in rich red enamel and studded with Austrian crystal, this little bird sparkles while perched on a tree branch. The Cardinal holds spiritual significance for some families and would make a nice memorial gift to honor the bird lover. When cardinals appear, loved ones are near.
The top half of the bird lifts to reveal a small compartment for storage that can be permanently sealed with any household sealer if desired.
