Do you believe in guardian angels? I’m not talking about a kindly neighbor; I’m referring to those spiritual beings assigned to protect and guide us. It can be difficult to know for sure if you’ve got one or more guardian angels; in truth, the signs can be very subtle:
“Rarely, people might hear a voice calling their name or warning them of danger, but many more feel guided by an inner or gut instinct, or feel a sense of reassurance and peace after asking for angelic support.” (source)
Doreen Virtue tells us we each have three types of angels guiding us, one of which is the class of angels known as “guardian angels”:
“Everyone has a guardian angel, with no exceptions. I’ve met people who doubted whether they deserved to have a guardian angel. Please know that you have a guardian angel with you, guaranteed! This is the angel who constantly stays with you, from birth until your transition back to heaven. This angel’s love for you is unconditional and bigger than anything on this earth. Your guardian angel makes certain you are safe and guided always.” (source)
You’ll find representations of guardian angels in this collection of angel cremation jewelry. Crafted of stainless steel, silver, or silver with a gold overlay; any one of these could prove to be the gentle reminder of your angel’s presence.
“I am a believer in angels, though not the picture-book kind with wings and harps. Such angelic accoutrements seem as nonsensical to me as devils sporting horns and carrying pitchforks. To me, angel wings are merely symbolic of their role as divine messengers.” ~Richard Paul Evans
If You Believe in Angels, You’re Not Alone
“Angels don’t just sing at Christmastime. For most Americans, they’re a year-round presence.” So begins the 2011 CBS News article, “Poll: Nearly 8 in 10 Americans Believe in Angels”, where research findings point to more than three-quarters of Americans – a whopping 77% –believe in angels.
