How comforting the customer service was to me through this time by myself. I ordered on Monday and my little guy passed 5 days later. I was thankful to have the beautiful white heart urn and bring him home with me in hours. Almost 15 years old and I wish I had a lifetime more with him. Forever in my heart. Thank you Urn Garden!

Our veterinary office handled the cremation for us. I did not want the box that was offered with the service. That night after the procedure I found this heart online. So, as soon as it arrived, I delivered it to the office, and it was ready for pick up the next day. It's prettier in my hand than in this picture. This is a pretty piece of art work in our home. It is not an obvious and depressing box. It is a vessel to gently carry the delicate form of unconditional love, warmth and light with an overwhelmingly big personality we may ever know. I can place it anywhere that beauty and sweetness are welcome.We both feel so much better tonight, because today, we brought our beautiful boy back home.
