I just received the urn I ordered for my sister's dog, Casper. It is so beautiful and I couldn't be happier with the result. The slight flaw is no big deal for me at all but I appreciate your concern and call.Thank you, thank you, thank you!

We ordered this urn for a dear pet we lost and wanted to commemorate with something as beautiful as she was. This urn is as shown in the picture and is gorgeous. A perfect match to our little one. I was very impressed with the care and consideration of Urn Garden. I had filled out my order in such a way that it seemed as if I wanted to have it engraved when I did not. They called to check and I was able to correct my mistake. Then two days later, we received the urn! We were expecting a much longer wait. I would definitely purchase items from Urn Garden Again.
