You state you can only engrave 12 characters on the 1st line and 8 on the 2nd line. But the engraving in your display for this item shows 16 characters in the 1st line and 12 in the 2nd line. Is this is correct ? If yes , then why?

Sometimes the engraving wouldn't turn out with the larger number of characters so our engraver scaled the numbers back. 12 characters on first line and 8 on the 2nd is what we allow.

I actually purchased 2 urns, one for my daughter and one for me to carry ashes in our cars with us. Both were heavy, looked very nice and stone color was as pictured. They easily were accessed, holding about a Tablespoon and a half of ashes and easily resealed. All in all, I was very pleased with this product.

I ordered this blue heart urn and even though the reviews are good on this I was disappointed with the color. It shows it being a dark blue and mine is an aqua blue. My moms favorite color was blue but this is not the color I ordered.

This is much prettier than the picture shows. The customer service is exceptional! When the website said I couldn’t ship my order to Alaska, I was able to call and complete my order over the phone.
