LOVE this urn and my experience with Urn Garden was fantastic!! Really a terrible situation to have to shop for, but the customer service and professionalism from Urn Garden was great. They were able to turn this around VERY quickly and was at my office in Florida within a few days (including the engraving). The piece looks great and is great quality. Family and friends all commented on how nice of remembrance piece this was. Highly satisfied with the purchase experience and quality product.
