Ordering process was easy. Communication from the company was great. Not only did I receive email updates about my order but I also received a phone call about my ship date since I needed it by a certain date and paid extra for faster shipping. Customer was great. She explained the process for engraving and expected timeline b/c of the engraving. All went well and I received the urn in plenty of time. I ordered late on a Thursday night and paid for 2 night shipping. I received by the following Thursday. You do need to allow for a few extra business days for engraving. Urn itself was beautiful and the engraving was perfect. Would recommend this company and would use again.
